Spring is in the air, and I decided to jump on the bandwagon and do some fun spring like nails! I saw some strawberry nails on Pinterest and just had to give them a shot. Here is the final result:

Please excuse the messy red everywhere! I ran out of time to finish clean up on these. I really like how they turned out but they got smudged before the top coat was fully dry. I tried to fix it which is why it looks a little blobby on the tips of a couple nails. Here is what they looked like before the smudge:
A bit messy to look at, but the nails were blob free when that picture was taken. Sometimes I'm a bit messy with the polish because I like it to go all the way to the edges. With good cleanup anyone can have flawless looking edges. Warning: it takes a lot of practice. I honestly could still use a lot of improvement in clean up.
And here is a little bonus ladybug:
This little guy landed on my hand and went directly for my finger. He actually stayed there for a bit so I was able to take this picture. I guess my work was good enough to momentarily confuse him :]
